BrikBit, the Lisk-based platform for Real Estate, selected for PropTech Innovation Challenge
BrikBit Digital Shares Real Estate, the first Lisk-based platform for Real Estate industry, announces its attendance today, May 2nd, at Future PropTech 2018 in London, after have been selected to pitch at the DiscoTech – Innovation Challenge initiative.
The theme of the conference is “Digital Transformation Throughout The Property Lifecycle” and this afternoon Alessandro Dell’Orto, Creator and Co-Founder at BrikBit, will hold a speech focused on Real Estate Digital Assets, presenting the solution developed by his startup.

Future PropTech is the most well attended global event dedicated to the technology innovation and digital transformation occurring in the wider Real Estate sector. This is the 4th annual conference and it brings together over 1,200 representatives including the world leading Real Estate companies, tech VC, media & institutional investors to connect with the PropTech ecosystem.
Strategic partners of the event are Apti, Real Estate Innovation Network and Expo Real.
The conference is also hosted in Berlin in September and in Vienna in November.
The DiscoTech – PropTech Innovation Challenge is an open collaboration process where corporate “Challengers” such as CBRE, the Ministry Of Housing and Local Government work with some of today’s brightest startups to solve some of their current business challenges.
BrikBit firmly believes that blockchain and the introduction of digital assets can disrupt the house building industry and speed up the evolution and involvement of SME home builders in more profitable ventures. During this event the team will show its project, that enables SME home builders to be more agile, efficient and effective.
The use of this innovation reduces also barriers to entry for SME builders, simplifying the procedures to run their businesses; helps make land ownership and interests more transparent and provides tools for local authority post-planning control. While part of the team is spreading the news to the world about BrikBit in London, their developers are very busy programming the first platform that will be released: “The BrikBit Social Professional Network”. What is it? It is a business-oriented social networking service that allows members (investors, industry operators, designers and owners) to connect online.
The basic functionality of BrikBit Social Professional Network allows users to create profiles, describing their work experience and skills or to showcase specific products and services.
People interested in investing in Blockchain-based Real Estate enterprises, industry operators and professionals will need to use their BRIK tokens in order to register and have access to the platform.
