Store Your Lisk on Trezor Thanks to Liskish Wallet
Do you remember our last article about Ledger Nano S supported by Liskish Wallet?
We have a great news for all our readers that have a Trezor hardware wallet: Hirish, the developer of Liskish Wallet, announced that his application is now fully integrated with Trezor!
The wallet is available both on the Trezor Model T and the Trezor One.
Trezor is the oldest Bitcoin hardware wallet, launched in 2014 by SatoshiLabs. The company was founded in 2013 and is based in Prague, the Czech Republic. Some other projects of SatoshiLabs include Slush’s Pool, the oldest Bitcoin mining pool, and Coinmap.
In the official shop you can buy Trezor One for about 83€, while Model T costs approximately 180€. It supports BTC, BCH, ETH, LTC and a long list of other cryptocurrencies.
In order to use the Trezor hardware wallet with Liskish Wallet you have to:
– make sure to have the latest firmware on the device
– download the latest release of the Liskish Wallet
– install Trezor Bridge
First, connect your Trezor device and open Liskish Wallet; then select the device and put the pin, as required by the wallet. If the Passphrase functionality is active in your Trezor you will have to write the passphrase during the first login. For sending LSK or voting process, have a look at Hirish’s guide.
This milestone was possible thanks also to delegate alepop and his amazing work on Trezor repositories.
