How to List Your Token on EliteX Exchange

In a previous guide we explained how to register and use the EliteX exchange. Today’s one is aimed at those who want to submit the application for the listing of a token/coin on this exchange.

There are several reasons why it is important that a new crypto coin or token is listed on an platform that allows trading. First of all, the listing is a legitimation that can increase the activity and interest of a specific token, and consequently its value and trading volume.

Furthermore, without the listing in an exchange, the trading of a cryptocurrency becomes extremely difficult, even impossible. For this reason, a project may also be extremely valid but not be able to reach its full potential because it is listed on a few or even no exchanges.

Since there is a clear relationship between the success of a cryptocurrency and the exchange it is affiliated with, it is important to choose those that are very respectable, solid and secure.

For all these reasons, having your token listed on a good exchange can make the difference between the success or failure of your project.

As we have already explained in this article, EliteX wants to become a point of reference regarding the exchange of Lisk tokens, so projects related to this blockchain will always have a priority position in the review process. At the beginning, EliteX listed the most popular and solid coins, like XRP, Decred and soon IoTex. Then, other projects with a good reputation on the market will be listed.  Moreover, EliteX intends to protect its investors by rejecting projects that could be a scam.

Now let’s move on to the steps necessary to complete the application correctly:

You will find a two-page document that must be completed.

Before starting to fill in the appropriate fields with the necessary information, read the recommendations at the beginning. It is specified that all information provided may be made public in future, in accordance with EliteX’s data protection policies.
After entering an e-mail address, in the first field you have to specify your full name, a contact (such as your phone number) your geographical area and the Company’s name.
In the third field you must specify your position within the Company, in particular you will have to select between the items CEO, Founder/Co-Founder or other.
In the fourth field, the goal of your project must be explained in one-sentence pitch.
Before proceeding to the next page, the fifth field will ask you if you have already submitted a listing application for your token/coin. Select the affirmative answer if you have updates since the last application that you want to share with the EliteX team.

On the second page, you have to write specific information about your project. In particular, the name of the Project, the name of the token/coin, its symbol, the official website and a permanent link to the Project’s whitepaper.
The sixth question concerns the nature of the project and asks you to select between Platform, DApp, Currency, Stable Coin or Other.
In the seventh and eighth fields you must specify which is the main application of your project and which is the target industry.
Question 9 concerns the main competitors of your project, both crypto and non-crypto, and asks how do you plan to be different from them.
The tenth field, finally, allows you to write any other information you want to share.

The last step, before submitting your application, is to choose an 8-character anti-phishing code. It will be specified at the beginning of all the emails you will receive from EliteX. In this way you can distinguish between the real emails and the scam ones.
