Discover Lightcurve Team part 5
Here is the fifth article to discover the Lightcurve team. This time we deal with the area of business development, which, in addition to the well-known President and CEO Max Kordek, includes: Jacob Kowalewski, Jan Aalrust and Rachel Black.
Jacob Kowalewski
Jacob Kowalewski is business developer at Lightcurve. Although he holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Russian Literature from the University of Nottingham, he developed a great curiosity for Bitcoin during the college years. His aspiration to involve and educate people on the topic of blockchain is in line with Lisk’s ambition to make this incredible technology accessible to all. For this reason, Jacob is particularly enthusiastic about joining the team and contributing to the development of blockchain applications for the Lisk platform.
Jan Aalrust
Jan Aalrust is business developer at Lightcurve. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and is currently completing his Masters in Management and Entrepreneurship at ESCP Europe. Before joining the team he worked in the strategic department of a major automotive brand in Singapore. Recently, he traveled to New York with Max Kordek and Rachel Black to attend the Consensus 2019 event (you can find a quick recap in this article).
Rachel Black
Rachel Black is Tech Evangelist at Lightcurve. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from University of Cambridge and She also graduated at Founders and Coders bootcamp. Before joining Lightcurve, Rachel was involved in the development of JavaScript applications. Then she decided to join the team because she considers Lisk an opportunity to build the web in a way that values freedom. Furthermore, she is excited to work in this field because she believes that both the innovation and sense of community make the world of blockchain unique. She is also fascinated to find out what interesting uses decentralized apps will have in the real world. She recently went with Max Kordek and Jan Aalrust to Consensus 2019. On this occasion, during the construct stage, she presented a preview of the new SDK Interface.
I enjoyed talking to @ChrisChinch @hackernoon about developer relations, blockchain and Lisk – https://t.co/RNtsXgy9QV – will have to do another catch up soon with more updates on the horizon! ?? #devrel #blockchain
