Endro Released The New Delegate Campaign Service On Lisk Discovery
Delegate Endro announced the new Delegate Campaign Service on Lisk Discovery. In this article we try to find out more about the features of this new tool.
We have already mentioned Endro and his project Lisk Discovery in an interview (you can find it here). The project was born as a news aggregator for Lisk and sidechains projects and was later turned into a real platform.

Now Endro announces the implementation of the new Delegate Campaign Service extension on Lisk Discovery. The tool is aimed at collecting the contributions from delegates and community members focused on the growth of the Lisk ecosystem. According to Endro, indeed, a lot of delegates’ contributions have not had the deserved visibility due to the lack of a single platform that shows to voters and investors those developments. This should influence the voters to take the right decision during the delegates’ selection.
The new section can be reached at this link. As you can see from the above image, it consists of a list of registered delegates showing their rank, name, address, as well as the number of projects and contributions.
For the moment, the tool only supports the registration of individual accounts, even if in the future the possibility to create groups/organisation accounts will be added. Furthermore, it will be possible to see the contributions of each group in an aggregated way, similar to Elite‘s monthly recap, that shows the updates at group level.
Endro has also specified that the tool has not been developed only for the mainchain, but also for all decentralized applications that will be developed after the launch of the sidechain, which will need their own set of delegates for their sidechain network.
For those who are wondering if it is an open-source tool, the answer is yes. Its creator, in fact, said that open-source is a fundamental goal, specifying that, for the moment, the project is a community project but it will evolve into a business and some parts will be moved into a separate entity, becoming a sidechain project that also will be open-sourced.
Endro hopes also that the list will get bigger and believes that the many other delegates will join in the upcoming months, as Lisk Discovery will expand its functionality.
