Featured in this news update: – Isolated Margin Trading for LSK on Binance – Delegates at work on Lisk Pixel and Lisk Observer – Beez, a sidechain for gamers – Lisk Builders and Community Hero – Delegates’ overview   Isolated Margin Trading for LSK on Binance Binance has enabled Isolated Margin trading for LSK and for the traiding pairs LSK/BTC and LSK/USDT. The exchange is promoting the trading through a zero-interest period for borrowing LSK from 2020/08/11 6:00 AM (UTC) to 2020/08/18 05:59 AM (UTC). According to Binance Academy, “Isolated Margin mode allows traders to manage their risk on their individual positions by restricting the amount of margin allocated to each one. If a trader’s position is liquidated in Isolated Margin mode, instead of their entire margin balance, only the Isolated Margin balance gets liquidated.”   Delegates at work on Lisk Pixel and Lisk Observer During the last Community meetup, delegate Korken showcased its concept “Lisk Pixels“. This funny project allows artists to create pixel art on the blockchain using two custom transactions: create-board_transaction to create the dashboard and set-pixel_transaction to modify each pixel. The service now tracks exchanges, official and scam wallets. The team is mapping the addresses and so far they identified 28 exchange addresses (here). It’s also possible to check the latest messages timestamped in the blockchain (here).   Beez, a sidechain for gamers A former LiskHQ employee (not known the real name) announced that he/she is working on Beez as a co-founder. Beez aims to be a marketplace where gamers can exchange their gaming as a service for a fee; this means that professional gamers can coach and play together with gamers with less experience and get paid for their time. The initial version of the platform used a virtual currency called BeezCoin, but it was dismissed as it was not providing additional features. Now the team is planning to implement again the token and develop a sidechain using the Lisk SDK. Implemented special transaction and future Non-fungible token marketplace will be based on this blockchain.   Lisk Builders and Community Hero LiskHQ announced the winner of the last edition of the Lisk Builder Program: Aldo Suhartono Putra. He is working on “Collabolancer” to provide a decentralized freelancer marketplace that incentivizes collaboration. In addition, the Foundation awarded Minions as Lisk Community Hero of the month, for his continuous dedication to support Lisk community.   Delegates’ overview According to LiskMonitor, in the past week there was a huge change in delegates’ landscape: GDT gained 21 million LSK and individuals gained 42M votes. At individual level, the most voted delegates are: korben3 [+1.2M], gym [+1.3M], jong [+1.3M], minions [+1.2M], liskjapan [+1.3M], liskcenter.io [+2M]. The biggest individual losses came up for vipertkd [-600k], joel [-670k], 4miners.net [-260k] and some standby delegates.
